Here goes the Sunday Story . . .
A while ago I had the name in my head after reading about how a name needs to say what and who your business, or in this case group, is all about I hatched to name The Brown Bread Baby Group.
It lilts off the tongue so nicely don't you think?
All the baby groups we were going to had foods I was not too keen on eating and was even less keen on my boy eating.
Now my boy is not a baby he calmly and firmly stated one day not too long ago *sigh* and so after our first group gathering it occurred to me the name needed some updating.
From the Brown Bread Baby Group to The Brown Bread Boys and Girls Group. Here is what we ate last week.

Fresh ground local whole wheat flour Rhubarb muffins referred to as moo-faaans by some.
Local Tipsy Jill Little from  Qualicum Cheese Works
daintily perched upon a Rage's Farms cuke.

The jar has our tea brewing, fennel seeds and a few flower petals from our garden last year.
Yup Yup

Does anyone have a splet flour Moo-Fan recipe that is as light as a billowy summers day cloud?
I will give you a sweet little ocean bowl for a good  *think billowy*  recipe!

This tea was enjoyed by us and by the chickens. . . . Mmmm soaked seeds they clucked!
